  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories (box, tags, pouches) must be included.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Product

  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we will offer a full replacement or full refund.

  • Customer must share an unboxing video as proof.

4. Change of Mind Returns

  • Change of mind returns are accepted only if the product is unused and fully intact.

  • Customer will pay return shipping charges.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund will be issued within 3–5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or engraved jewelry items are not eligible for refund or return.
